Payment Policy
- Advance Payment: A minimum advance of 30% of the total booking amount is required to confirm the reservation.
- Full Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 15 days before the departure date.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other secure online payment options.
- Currency Exchange: For international travel, payments may be subject to currency fluctuations.
Cancellation Policy
Holiday Packages
- More than 30 days before departure: 25% cancellation fee
- 15-30 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
- 7-14 days before departure: 75% cancellation fee
- Less than 7 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee
Other Services
- Flight Bookings: Charges as per airline's policy
- Hotel Bookings: No fee if cancelled 15+ days before check-in (subject to hotel terms)
- Rental Cars: 50% fee if cancelled within 1 week, 100% fee if cancelled within 24 hours
- Corporate Travel: For corporate bookings, cancellation terms may vary depending on the agreement with the client and travel service providers.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days from the date of cancellation.
- Refunds for rental car cancellations will be processed after deducting any applicable cancellation fees. No refund will be provided for no-shows or cancellations.
- Non-refundable charges (flights, hotels, third-party services) will be deducted from the refundable amount.
- Flight and hotel refunds are subject to respective service provider policies.
- Travel insurance refunds are subject to the insurance provider's terms and conditions.
